Poppy Seed Cake

Kyler's absolute favorite...
  • 1 yellow cake mix (or lemon)
  • 1 small box instant, French vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavoring

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Combine all ingredients and mix for 5 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes.

2. Dust with powder sugar, or lightly glaze with frosting.
