Cashew Casserole

This is a recipe from my mother, Lillian Seedall.
  • 2- 3 oz. cans of Chinese noodles
  • 2 cans cream mushroom soup
  • 1 C. water
  • 2 C. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 2 C. cooked chicken or 1 can of tuna
  • 1 C. chopped cashew nuts
  • salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together (save 1 cup noodles for the top). Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
