- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 quart half & half
- ¼ cup fresh chopped basil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
2. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, half & half, salt & pepper to taste. Heat through and serve.
