Add 1 tsp peppermint extract to any favorite chocolate cake recipe.
Frosting:
- 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons mild
- 1 tablespoon butter
- powdered sugar, enough to make desired consistency
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed hard peppermint candies
**You may also use a vanilla, powdered sugar frosting.
