Funeral Potatoes

  • 8-10 boiled potatoes, or 1 1/2 bags
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream (16 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped

1. Heat soup and butter. Take off heat and add sour cream, onions, potatoes, and cheese.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
