Judith's Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 whole onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine beef, egg, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and breadcrumbs. In a small bowl, combine tomato soup and brown sugar. Add brown sugar slowly and to your own taste. Grease pan. Place meat mixture into pan and shape into a loaf. Top with 1/2 sauce.

2. Bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly. Warm up remaining sauce and serve along side meatloaf. 4 servings
