Crepes

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs butter

1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Cook on medium/high pan. Serve with jam or fresh fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
