Chinese Cabbage Chicken Salad

1 head cabbage
4 C. cooked chicken
2-4 green onions
1 package ramen noodles(uncooked)
1/2 C. slivered almonds
1/2 C. vegetable oil
3 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. accent
1/8 t. pepper

Chop cabbage and green onions and toss with cut-up chicken. Add noodles and almonds. Mix remaining ingredients in blender and pour over tossed portion.
