Granola

Dry Ingredients:
  • 6 cutes rolled wheat
  • 8 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup coconut
1. Mix dry ingredients.

Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
2. Mix wet ingredients and slowly add to the dry. Mix well. Place granola in large pans so the mix is 1 inch think. Cook for 2 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
